this month, i’ve really met and surpassed my quota for sophistication. two different symphony concerts in the same month?! now that, my friend, is some definite ‘finer things’ style living. holla!!
jamie and i hit up the uw symphony orchestra’s spring concert back on the 17th. it was awesome. seriously, if you get the chance to attend one, do it. it’s just a cool experience.
and, last night, i got to attend the cloud peak symphony’s concert featuring jamie and “the dave”s incredibly talented cousin, michael mills. it was really good. even with lane, from lane’s huck-of-the-day, having to play the triangle with a binder clip. or, having to drive to the barkers’ to grab a music stand, because the stands from the college had gone missing. or, when i retuned with the stand, and some old lady stole my seat. or, when i cursed about the old lady stealing my seat. or even, after i cursed at the old lady, when i noticed that my mother-inlaw and grandmother-inlaw were sitting right there. now, the old lady didn’t hear me, i just curse loud enough for my own enjoyment. but, if you’re sitting right there, and you’re paying attention to me…i’m pretty sure they heard me. the thing is, i wasn’t even really mad at the old lady. i just curse at stuff now for no reason. i’m not really sure why, i think sheridan may have crushed part of my soul or something. i mean, if you see me driving around, and my lips are moving, i’m not singing along to the radio, i’m cursing at stuff. and, it’s not even people. i’ll be cursing at trees and houses and stuff. but, sometimes it’s old ladies. because old ladies always be stealing my shit. and, that’s for real.

i was looking at the supra site the other day, and i thought to myself, ‘damn, muska looks like thor or something with that hair and beard.” i don’t know why i thought that, because i don’t read comics or anything. and if i did, i’d be reading x-men or spiderman or some other hottness that i don’t even know about. i wouldn’t be reading ‘thor’.
so, i interwebbed up some thor images to check it out.
you have to admit, there is a definite similarity in the two pictures. i guess that would make lizard king the enchantress. you can tell he’s bummed about that, even though she’s fully repping ‘green room’ with that green dress.

doesn’t kook look like one of the infected zombie vampires from ‘i am legend’, all screaming and stuff, in this picture?
how did the monster guy train the monster dogs? or set up a trap? and, how come will smith can knock out that one with the butt of his rifle, but the other dude can smash head first into the glass wall over and over and not be fazed?
kook used to always call bill, ‘bill nye the science guy’. it was awesome, but i think that bill was bummed on it.
