i know it’s kind of stupid, but i think the reason i haven’t been backing this guru kid is his silly, long hair. i mean he wears it in a ponytail bun. come on!! i just can’t back the bun.
but, the kid can skate pretty well. and, he just went pro for habitat with daryl angel.
habitat has been bust lately. they also added a new am, alex davis.
and, they came out with a line of footwear.

torey pudwill is so tater-nuts. the 5-0 to back-lip was nice, right? thrasher ran a sequence of torey at the same spot bs5-0, kickflip, back-lip. somebody must be saving that one for a video part.

well, i didn’t win the koston/malto, ‘famous duo’ contest over at crailtap. but, i did make the entries montage(bert and ernie). that’s what i love about crail contests. even if you lose, a lot of times they’ll still throw your stuff on the site. so, you feel like a winner anyways. and, the contests are always fun. good job, crailtap. good job, meza.

this morning i finally caught the ‘chinchilla’ episode of ‘go, diego, go!’ that is featured in ada’s coloring book. i’ve been waiting for nick jr to show it. i have very simple goals.
so, that was pretty awesome. it wasn’t really hella rad. but, probably just hacka rad.
still definitely better than the black bean farts i’ve been plagued with all morning. so tasty going in, but there’s a price to be paid.

first off, we have lizard king skating in a cast. i’m pretty sure that this is a bad idea. but, whatever, i’m no doctor.
next, over @theberrics, butteryass donovan goes to salman agah for advice on switch flips. not to spoil the video, but his advice is to practice switch one-foots to get the timing. i was really excited about this video until i realized that switch one-foots are scary as hell. i don’t know. maybe i should just focus on my regular kickflips. they’re pretty mob.
and finally, if you’re really bored or just into amateur skate video, you can check out this youtube stuff from some kids in laramie that’s a couple years old. it’s like a spot guide for laramie. i like to go on youtube and check out amateur skate videos of different places so i can see the spots. it’ll come in handy if i ever go on a skate trip. maybe.
